I can’t take it anymore.  And I can’t keep telling myself that I am going to make a change and then not do anything about it.  So today, I made a change.

I resubscribed to Beachbody on Demand so that I can have all of the workouts that I have always loved streaming to my house.

My husband made me a great little workout area in our garage.

And today, I worked out.  And I am so pleased with myself!

I know many of you who read my blog will now wonder if I am back to selling Beachbody as a coach.  The answer is NO.  I will not be doing that again.  Back at the end of 2016, I made the decision to quit doing that.  I am happy with that decision.  The business side of fitness is not something I do well with.

But I have always loved the workouts.

When I stopped the business side of Beachbody, I also stopped working out.  That was a poor decision on my part, and it is one that I regret because I have gained back all of the weight I had lost… Plus more.

So that brings me back to today…

As I was sitting at the dining table, chowing down on a ridiculous high fat lunch, I looked up and said to my husband, “I’m sick of being fat.”

In being a good husband, he replied, “You’re not fat.  But if you want to rejoin Beachbody, then do it.”

You see, I have been talking about resubscribing to the streaming service for some time now, and I think he is tired of hearing me talk about it.

So I said, “That’s it.  I will.  I am.  Today.”

And then he set me up my workout spot because he is just that amazing.

Once hubby headed off to work, I put on my shorts and headed out… and my kids came with me.  I just love when they join in on exercise with me.

We did a program that is fairly new in Beachbody.  It’s called YOUv2, and it totally reminds me of some old school Richard Simmons stuff, but I loved it!

Yes, I seriously LOVED it!

I am planning to do it again tomorrow.

I am also walking.  I feel very fortunate to have my mom right nearby to walk with.  We did over four miles the other day!

Walking, working out, and no more fat-fueled lunches.  I will get back to feeling better about myself.  And that is important because when I feel better about myself, I feel better about everything.
