There is so much beauty surrounding us, yet so many of us miss it. We spend more time looking at screens than we do looking at the world around us. I am determined to see more of the natural beauty and spend less time looking at a device.
These flowers were growing along a pathway I walked in our town. There were so many of them that I couldn’t even count. It was beautiful!
This is the Tongue River. While out on a family drive, I spotted a turnout for a recreational area so we pulled over. The grass had grown thick and tall, and the mosquitoes were in full attack mode, but for a brief time we just stood there soaking in the beauty.
For a moment, it was peaceful. The noise of the world faded into the background, and all I could hear were the whispers of Holy Spirit saying, “This is what matters.”
