With a new month starting, that means it’s time to talk about goals. I’ve had very similar goals each month since the year began. I am always sticking to the no fast food (best thing I ever did for my food intake). And I am definitely continuing on with the very low sugar. As I’ve said before, I am feeling so much better by just doing these two things. But with spring here (I think… Wyoming seems to be a little confused on the issue), I want to make sure I am doing a little bit more.
